Shipping Policy

All of our orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) within the United States.
Shipping within the continental USA is $5.60 for up to 4 items, $7.95 for up to 11 items, $12.95 for up to 25 items, $17.50 for up to 50 items. Please contact us for shipping on more than 50 items.
For Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and US territories it is still $4.85.
We do not ship outside the U.S.A.

All orders will have delivery confirmation from the United States Post Office. Delivery times within the US vary between 1-7 business days via United Postal Service depending on your location.

When returning items, please enclose reason for the return and your order number. We will not process a return unless you have your order number included. Orders by phone your reference number will be your last name. Please return all items in original package.
Do not send items back by UPS, DHL, or FedEx at our expense or the shipping charges will not be covered by us.
A return label will be sent to you from us if the item is defective or if the order we sent you is wrong. If you ordered wrong then shipping is at your expense.

Warranty Policy

All our products carry a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer. You may exchange or return products for any reason for 90 days after purchase less shipping and handling.

Lift Master Gear certifies that all individually identifiable information is kept confidential. We do not sell or disclose any personal information about our users. Information users provide us with at the time of registration is not distributed to any third party users.

All personal information collected by Lift Master Gear (including credit card information is kept in secure areas. Lift Master Gear uses secured server areas and advanced firewall technology to minimize the risk of individually identifiable information being compromised.

Personal information, such as name and email, are used primarily to recognize individual accounts. Occasionally Lift Master Gear will use individually identifiable information, like email addresses, in order to contact the user for technical support or provide product update and account information. Lift Master Gear also takes every effort to ensure that the information users provide is correct and up to date.
